FAMILY FUNDAY AT MICCO PARK

Nov. 10th - Allison brought out Emma, who is a CBR rescue and Ellie brought Jaxie. They were a hit -- between Emma letting everyone pet her and Jaxie giving out kisses and hugs, the kids adored them both. Titus also came out to get some sun. And my two, Kaster and Haylee, were there for a little while, but Kaster just couldn't understand that when Jaxie growls he wants to play, NOT fight. HA! So they lasted about an hour and then headed home to relax. Thanks to Ellie and Allison for coming to help me all morning and afternoon. Despite the beautiful day, not a ton of people showed up, but the ones that were there got some great information from us. Personally, I had a wonderful day and had a great time with Ellie and Allie...CBR people rock! Angie

"MARDI GRAS PAWS IN THE PARK"
March 9th 2008 .

WOW !  What a great turnout of Boxer’s and their humans.  I lost count somewhere around 25 boxers.  There were some of our foster dogs, some CBR alumni, and Boxers from all over.  We had beautiful weather, lots of volunteers/owners stopped by and helped share the Boxer spirit with interested folks coming by, interested in the breed.  We had a great location with many families passing by with their dogs.
Thanks again to all of you that helped make today such a success.  We had wonderful exposure to hundreds of Central Brevard residents.  I really felt like it was one of the most awesome events I’ve been part of.
